@your.faceyogabff: If you have these…comment “FROWN LINES”! Transform your frown lines into smooth, radiant skin with simple face yoga! Start by making a frown with your brow, then: 1. Place each index finger at the beginning of each eyebrow. 2. Gently pull apart those frown lines, sliding your fingers to the end of each eyebrow. Count to 5 as you do so. 3. Feel the gentle resistance as your frontalis muscle engages, strengthening and plumping the skin in that area. 4. Repeat the process, starting from the inside of your eyebrows, making a frown, and gently pulling apart the frown lines. Count to five as you reach the end of your eyebrow, then release and repeat.
