Im utilizing 3reps of 3 sets(Working up to 5x5 then dropping down and adding weight usually about 10kgs). 3-5 exercises and 3-5 mins rest. PPL(Push Pull Legs). Currently at 20kgs of 4x3 Dips and Chin ups at 220 lbs body weight and im 6'. I have experimented with hypertrophy ranges and I just do not respond that well with strength gain nor muscle gain compared to a PPL routine of 3x3. I enjoy this because each week im improving. I have slimmed down as well while not even changing my diet. im noticing im less hungry.
