@.a.u.t.t.i.e: January started wth 75 hard💪🏼 and then we’ve been consistently showing up 3-5 days a week ever since lifting weights!!! Don’t ask me how much weight I’ve lost because I have no idea 😂 it’s never been about number for me ! It’s all about how I feel and look / inches ! I had 2 babies back to back .. got pregnant 2021, baby #1 2022, and baby #2 2023… with baby #2#2 think my heaviest was 205 lbs! I am a full time working mom of 4 kids… mommas YOU CAN make yourself a priority and you SHOULD ❤️ you freaking deserve it! I get asked all the time what I’m doing … but it’s literally just lifting weights at least 3 days a week, 5 days if I’m lucky! Taking 2 rest days 🥱 drinking tons of water, taking creatine daily , I have not drastically changed my diet… but will say it’s more mindful eating - making better choices like prioritizing protein and portion control! I try to limit sweets but still enjoy a sweet treat 😉 CONSISTENCY is key… even if you don’t see progress every single day, I promise you it’s happening … stick with it ❤️💪🏼
