honestly she was super close to the point and u really could've leveraged that. gender is a class hierarchy and she was right that women have a shared experience (i.e. oppression) across racial lines, but trans women also have that same experience. in fact that is the material reason why trans women are women. we're also oppressed by transmisogyny but that doesn't mean we aren't also oppressed by misogyny too (similar to how black women are oppressed by misogynoir and misogyny). talia bhatt has a lot of great writing on transmisogyny and more for anyone interested
