A Letter to My International Friends What reasons would a small country have to start a conflict, especially War, when all we been doing is to get out of it? How come we wanted to start war with Thailand as our government stand strong to disolve the conflict peacefully by bring to case to ICJ ? I’d like to speak honest to the world, CAMBODIA had been through enough as our history carries deep scars of war and losses in the past. Look around today, there are peace signs everywhere in Cambodia as reflections of our true desire, to live in harmony, without fear, without violence, without any conflicts. How come we wanted to start war with other nations? The international news and media itself need to speak the truth to the world without picked side. As Cambodian citizen we need to speak louder to our international friends that CAMBODIA DOES NOT WANT WAR, WE WANT PEACE.
