The best thing I ever did was the night before my daughter was born, the nurse told me to go home and take a Tylenol pm so I got some really good sleep before they finally kept me at the hospital…also see if you can get a few pillows set up so it’s more like a chair in bed to keep you a little more upright to sleep!

That final stretch of pregnancy is so rough 😭 it’s totally valid to be both grateful for being pregnant and done being pregnant. Drinking milk oddly enough helped with heart burn along with ice cream!
