Ok, to make a meal u use ingredients but then again are u just eating micro meals i dont know? Like sent my husband to shop said get me caesar salad stuff roast chicken already cooked (takes too long) and bloomer loaf like a meal

My experience has been so different. With my French friends, it's always proper meals like bœuf bourguignonne, blanquette de veau, quiche. It might be a town vs country thing.
