Did you know that you can carry at 18 but you can't purchase or actually own one until you're 21? Did you know that when you had to apply for a permit there were some felonies that didn't keep you from getting one? But did you know since open carry you can have NO felonies, including felony DUI's?

But, but, but what about the blue states that have tougher laws?! Like Chicago…… a permit isn’t really anything. If I recall correctly I didn’t need a permit to purchase mine. That was before all this no permit thing happened. Criminals are gonna do what criminals are gonna do. So clearly it doesn’t matter if a state is red or blue. It’s an issue either way.

fact: even in a "constitutional carry" state, you have to pass a background check to "legally" purchase a firearm. criminals,in any state, do not follow the law.
