Yes...I'm a CNA Instructor, 20+Yrs as a LPN in LTC. I teach my students what I've already learned. We work in their home. These Nsg homes are usually in "residential" areas. Thus the word "residents." When these folks tell us "I pay your salary", "You work for me" you need to tell them and do. 🤩😁 You are correct though, you have to have a different mindset. I'm also a 12 yr Army Vet. We know how to adapt, change and overcome. 💪😏 I enjoy your content. May your business continue to grow by Leaps and Bounds. 🥰🙏

I know exactly what you’re talking about because I am lead by God I work as I’m working for the Lord and I put in 1000 with the grace of Jesus, and am really bothered by some caregivers/nurses work ethics and it seems as I’m shunned & targeted because they think I’m trying to be better than them. I only want to treat the clients as God wants me to. They just be straight up lazy & un empathetic. They only want to do the bare minimum but want full pay as if they’ve given 100%
