Repair the pipe easy job. Depending on the depth you want you will have to raise it..

Check your paperwork for the property it'll show your existing pipes within your property, even if its old it will still use, band seals and plastic section of pipe is the best option

finish at that depth, then build up with blocks or sleepers, this will get you round the problem

Rip it out and put in one long pipe. Just a land drain. its not cracked its designed to let water between the joins.
