IMO it depends on your goals. If you want overall mass, it’s hard to beat upper lower. If you’re a beginner full body will likely be the best. If you want to focus on arms, then there is no reason you shouldn’t have an entire day dedicated to them, so something like a 3-4 day split would be good. And if you really need to focus on legs, training them 3x a week should be a priority.
