Regarding the celestial part about Susan — celestials typically don’t care about collateral damage let alone 3 of them, so it stands to reason they were using their full power to try and get Franklin. As for Sue’s power level, I’d say she’s around the level of Storm. Yes, she’s currently a host for Eternity, but that’s not her usual state. As for the “god” argument — you can still be a god and be beaten by a mortal. Only a few celestials are actually capable of destroying reality, like Exitar the Judge and the Progenitor.
