This is sad, it’s just misogyny. He just hates women. He doesn’t like to watch the women’s game: fine, cool, I don’t really watch men’s football. But he turns football off if he hears a female commentator. He hates women so much he doesn’t even want to listen to them. It’s so disheartening.

This reminds me of that study that shows that women speak less than men but men perceive women to speak more than men. Men’s football is on all year round and he’s saying that women’s football is shoved down his throat when it’s not on even half as much?!
