D_t is the Tio that the family warns you about as a child. Don't go no where with or be alone with tio Chemo, ever. Never go to his room in Abuelas basement. Don't sit on his lap, do not let him play tickle torture with you. There are some who still didn't heed the warning. All because he was a funny guy, very charming. Then suddenly the Tio everyone warned you about becomes head of the family & does some wild chet within the family unit. He gets bored, starts venturing outside the family... He's then known as the village creeper. Townsman warn others to keep their distance, don't leave kids or vulnerable alone in his presence. And yet again, some don't listen & that charm gets him a seat at the government table. He starts changing protections around his debauchery to keep him future convictions as his past is catching up to him. Sound familiar? Ya... he's that guy.
