@mmbonappetit: ⬇️ RECIPE BELOW & ON OUR WEBSITE! Tarte aux tomates 🇫🇷 One of the easiest summer tarts you can make that is still beautiful and delicious! INGREDIENTS - 750g cherry tomatoes - 1 puff pastry or pie crust - 20 g butter - 1 tbsp olive oil - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar - Salt - Pepper - 1 tsp herbes de Provence - 1 garlic clove - 1-2 tbsp mustard - Basil for garnish DIRECTIONS 1. Start preheating the oven at 180 C. 2. Wash tomatoes. 3. Mince garlic. 4. In a large pan pre-heated on medium, add the oil then melt the butter. 5. Place the tomatoes and garlic in the pan and cook for 10 minutes (without lid). 6. In the meantime, butter the tart mold, roll out the dough and place it into the mold. 7. Use a fork to prick holes at the bottom of the dough 8. Add a piece of parchment paper, then pour in pie weights or dried beans. 9. Place the dough in the freezer for 5 minutes, then place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. 10. Flip the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. 11. Add the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, along with the herbs de Provence, and cook for another 2 minutes. 12. Remove from heat and set aside. 13. Slice basil leaves into ribbons. 14. Take the tart out the oven, remove the weights/beans and parchment paper. 15. With a spoon or brush, spread mustard on the bottom of the tart crust 16. Place the tomatoes into the tart and garnish with basil. #Recipe #asmr #homemade #frenchcuisine
