depends on your difficulty setting. for people who picked the easiest option if you survive you get no stars but you also have a 3x bigger hit box. harder difficulties will instantly get 1-3 stars or on the hardest difficulty npc's will become hostile and agro on any hard mode players in a 5 mile radius.
