Vance doesn’t have the charisma of Bush or Trump, have a hard time seeing MAGA keep the hero worship going, especially someone in a biracial marriage; Vance would lose the domestic terror wing of the MAGA movement which will make it alot quieter

Vance wouldn't be insulated the way Trump is. Trump is in power because he (credibly) threatens to primary anyone who disagrees with him. The MAGA base doesn't and wouldn't listen to Vance the same way, and therefore wouldn't be a threat. Vance also would get the same Media treatment, which Trump has somehow avoided, as any other politician

I'm what this guy and his viewers would consider far right, but this is kinda true. Vance (who's obviously winning 2028 anyway) is way further right (in ways that I like and ways that I don't) and way more authoritarian than Trump.

I know that "it cant get any worse" is never true, yes, but this take denies that Trump has a hold on the GOP leadership and voting base Vance will never have. he would never have the same leeway as Trump to be insane.

I really do think Trump is like a magical force that holds this entire thing together. I actually don't think Vance would be able to accomplish much even with a majority because I think the whole thing would fall apart without Trump. It would be like a power vacuum.
