Not Saturday anymore lol but here’s my current fave weekend brekkie. The BEST jammy, runny seven minute eggs 🧈🥯🥐 Boil the kettle. Pop the medium eggs into the saucepan first and then pour your boiling hot water on. Place onto a medium-high heat and count seven minutes immediately. Once the timer goes off, immediately drain the water and either pop the eggs in an ice bath or leave under cold running water. This stops the egg from cooking! Crack the shell and then remove the shell. There is a little membrane/ skin between the shell and the egg and if you pick this off it makes the removal of the whole egg shell easier. I find it’s also easier to peel under running water. Once peeled, slice and enjoy! I topped mine on toast with cream cheese, feta, dill, pomegranates and a paprika, chilli butter.
