Milk is supposed to be kept cold, so there would be no reason to put ice in milk cause it should have already been in the fridge. However, you might want to put ice in your coffee cause it’s typically a hot beverage. Even when coffee is hot you add milk to it. So it’s making a hot beverage cold.
