I believe that you missed the point that he wanted to make. What he said was that the Historical Critical Analysis and the Chain of narration ( isnad) academically are “diametrically opposed to each other” and there is “no commonality and common ground” between them. That doesn’t mean that he believes that Ahadith cannot be attributed to the prophet (pbuh). Unless you are referring to a different video that I didn’t come across. Feel free to share with us.

There are many things I’ve seen too from Yasir Qadhi but that video, it seems as if you didn’t understand it well Akhi, he was talking to academics, Christian if I’m not mistaken and they were looking for academically secular historical chains of narrations of not isnad which we use , like how the Quran is secularly historically preserved even Christians can’t deny, secularly so he cannot say for Hadith … islamically he can prove chain of narration but not in secular basis- I hope I make sense

He clearly didn't say that. He said the epistemology of the western academy particularly the historical critical method and the isnad sciences are diametrically opposed. Then added that he is just being factual. Why? Because in the academy, there is criticism about the assumptions we have about the sahabah by trusting with our faith that they were honest people who wouldn't lie upon the Rasul SAW. They cannot understand because it's a belief rooted in faith and understanding of the stature of the Sahabah. John in a western university cares less about that and wants to see all of that from an objective point of view even though they aren't as objective as they claim to be. So Yasir Qadhi needed to just hone further on his statement rather than leave it without further explanation. But regardless, he was just stating the obvious.

Bro this is the problem in our Ummah, people given a platform to sew division in a ummah which is already fractured. Not much fear of Allah and Ikhlaas left. Too many egos, And in all that our ummah is bleeding in Palestine. We are hear bickering what this sheikh said and what that sheikh said.
