As a paralegal that worked at the top Law Firm’s in California he is 100% right I actually left this industry because of the amount of fraud that is going on on a daily basis. Innocent peoples lives are destroyed and body shops are very much involved.

Uber has long been accused of serious misconduct, including knowingly allowing a significant portion of its drivers—across both rideshare and Uber Eats—to operate under false identities, many of whom are undocumented. Despite awareness of these issues, the company has failed to take meaningful action, prioritizing profits over compliance. Combined with their excessive fees and exploitative practices, this raises serious concerns about leadership accountability. It's time for Uber’s new CEO to be held responsible and removed from their position.

I genuinely cannot see how I’m supposed to feel bad for Uber. At best, this is a scenario of moderately rich (multi-millionaires) exploiting loopholes of multi-billion dollar corporations. Uber does plenty of exploitation of the working class, why no outrage for them?

If you’ve ever gone to an ER, and you have insurance, you’ll see the bill is like this: $80,000 adjusted to $1,200 for Medicare. Or adjusted to $3,000 for insurance. But if you want to pay cash, it’s $80k. Uber is alleging that if a private doctor reduces their bill after finding out the settlement isn’t enough to cover is committing fraud.
