I had to accept them kicking my son out of school last year because he has an autoimmune disease and kept getting sick. I had to appear before a judge to prove it to stay out of jail

it's not just the parents. there are school districts that are no longer accepting doctors notes for absences & if their child is absent 3 or more days, they will get sent to court for truancy.

I live in tn . Lawrence county just passed it to where dr notes dont excuse kids from school. WTH we suppose to do just go to jail yea I think not

Honestly between jobs and the new school policies drs notes are no longer acceptable. If we could keep them home and STOP SHARING then kids wouldn’t be sick every other week. Lastly if EVERY PARENT PROVIDED FOR THEIR CHILDREN, then teachers wouldn’t need extra supplies.
