AND we used to get new seasons with 18-24 episodes every 6 months. Now we are paying even more so that we can get new seasons every few YEARS to that only have 6-10 episode that they space out airing into two parts. And then they will cancel the shows out of nowhere and do nothing to wrap up the story lines.

I bet it also has to do with the fact that now there are so many streaming services no one wants to pay for all them at once so people will pay, watch the show, then unsubscribe- this keeps people subscribed longer
