I added cumin instead off cinnamon and it tasted terrible!!! So I wouldn’t recommend using “whatever spice you prefer” !

Your electric waffle maker makes you flip your waffles? Is this a common thing overseas? Ours will cook both sides at the same time.

people do understand that waffle makers cook on both sides at the same time? just saying you dont need to flip them half way through, great recipie though

So. I think this same process might work for a Dubai pistachio paste waffle. With chocolate sauce to go with like a dipping sauce. Try that? A pistaciwaffle?
