you can do whatever you need that will help you get through this, easier. do your thing , girl. I should have taken meds during both pregnancies and I admire that you are. I wish I would have.

I would ask if you could take beef liver pills. Way better for low iron without the side affects of iron pills

Iron takes about 3-4 to increase your iron levels so I did Iron transfusions a few weeks before delivery and it was heaven. Yes, iron pills make me sick too. Antidepressants will make you very tired until your body adapts

It’s probably the iron and not the Zoloft. Keep taking it. Try different avenues for iron. Vitamins always make me feel sick.
