If Im trying to reach a goal I HAVE to visualize it so I print out a calendar every month- Color in the days that you reached your goals (walking or calories) and leave the box white on the calendar if you didn’t so then you can see how many days you stayed consistent and its encouraging

I just started the Keto diet a month ago! I’ve lost 10 pounds and I’m eating way less, don’t feel hungry, and don’t have any food noise! If you can cut out carbs and sugar, it helps a lot! I’ve struggled and tried everything! Just something to think about. Proud of you for trying to be consistent! I have ADHD too and it’s hard! You’ve got this! ❤️💕
