I think there’s a bit of a difference between him, stretching his own limbs and controlling his muscles and being pulled and stretched, maybe he can’t physically stretch as fast as he’s being pulled by Galactus if that makes any sense

difference when being stretched against your will and stretching on your own, Reed can stretch insanely far if he initiates and controls it. If someone else stretches him with superior force or speed, he can’t adapt fast enough, and his tissue fails like any material pushed past design limits.

The movie was genuine cinema. I’m honestly glad they didn’t focus so much on the fighting and more of the cinematic aspect. The writing plot cinematography acting were all perfect. Obv the action was lack luster but that makes the movie feel so much more real. Like it’s not a generic superhero movie but an actual film. It was deep and thought out. Not js meaningless fights and action. It had depth and felt like it was written for its emotional and intellectual value.

They mentioned they wanted his stretching to be anatomical and realistic. His mass having to readjust to the areas he's stretching, too actually stretch. Using his powers on all parts of his body is straining cuz he can't accommodate every limb
