instead of relying on "Everything must have a cause" just change your mindset and turn it to "It spontaneously appears because no laws exist to stop it" Btw I'm not saying that God is the one that appears, like bro how could someone control an atom? It was impossible and if an atom is the first one that appeared we might come from a different universe and that didn't answer how everything started. And I also don't believe that the singularity (from the Bigbang theory) is the one that appeared first because how could a life exist in the Bigbang theory? That's why I believe that awareness is the one that appeared first, It has no shape, no space, no time, or any form — it was just an awareness.
