No shade but this is the same logic causing people to fall into psychosis by using ChatGPT. We have had these technological capabilities for a long time, but the general public is not educated on the mechanical processes. Just because you can’t imagine it being built, does not mean it’s not possible for humans in general. The belief that this is from some greater intelligence is leading to a larger educational gap between technologically informed people and those who believe this has to be from “aliens.” You can literally look up a 5min YT video to explain this.

Fun fact, the chips have over 100 billions of transistors, an entire city of electrical pathways and are build using light on a material that’s light sensitive called “photoresist” applied to a silicon wafer. Then light is used to create patters that are smaller than viruses into the photoresist (UV or different light). ASML is a Dutch company that creates those machines and are one of the most complicated machines ever created. One machine costs litter over 200M.

Please, if you’re curious about something, research how it was made, read a few articles, and listen to a few experts explain how. It is very easy to find credible sources of information on various subjects that aren't a 20-second clip of an already short video. We are a society that is always moving forward, and people have worked very hard to get this far in everything we understand. It didn't happen overnight, and it wasn't magic or Aliens; it was hard work, dedication, and passion over hundreds of thousands of years. Grow your understanding of how things work as they advance, don't get left behind in your disbelief of the abilities of the human race. Be hungry for knowledge, and don't just say it's aliens; there is always an answer, and you just have to want to find it.

First and foremost, those videos are typically edited where they clip and fade multiple clips of zooming in at once, so it seems like it goes on forever. However, even then, we, as humans, have been trying to figure out how to intricately manipulate materials and sciences for a hundred thousand years and then some. Its ABOUT time we've started pushing our boundaries. Additionally, if we as humans didn't make them, then are the aliens also so impressed with their work that *they* think they didn't make them? This is a moment where we need to admire just how ridiculously far we've come. We *are* sci-fi. Nobody has ever seen what we are or could've been in history before. Our sciences have progressed so ridiculously fast that we are at a point where we're having to discover what *can't* we do. We literally have teleportation and are testing it out for internet services.

So they actually melt tin, shoot the tin with lasers, and convert the matter to radiation. They then reflect the radiation using mirrors and stencils to etch the chip, then they coat the etching with metal (in simple terms). The stencils were originally hand made, but ultimately it's high powered arts and crafts. But you are right, it's not lasers, it's disintegrated tin.
