What if I have a little black thing that moves with my eye when I look at things, it sorta swings across my right eye as if it were a spider web. It’s not constant but it happens a lot..

I think I now have this after it was found a pituitary tumour was pushing on my optic nerve. Always feels like my eyes are fighting with each other now. And I struggle to focus now :(
