@caranddriver: Turn up your volume as we compare the sound of the #Lamborghini Temerario’s twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 to its predecessor’s naturally-aspirated 5.2-liter V-10. Which sound do you prefer?#LamborghiniTemerario #LamborghiniHuracan #caranddriver
I wasn't sure how I felt about the Temerario using a flatplane V8, as Ferrari had used such an engine configuration for decades and McLaren and Corvette have also adopted it, but after hearing that 10K redline there is potential. It is a shame modern European supercars are being hobbled by those GPF filters in the exhaust that keeps them quiet. I do think a Temerario with an aftermarket exhaust will actually sound great especially at high revs. That said there is no beating the old V10's sound though.
