The people yapping in the comments don't know what they're talking about. Read the Manga, Kokushibo does not have as much RAW power as Muzan, yes this is a fact. Muzan has a higher level of power, more abilities, more durability and better regen. However, Kokushibo is just as fast as muzan if not faster, he's a WAYYY better fighter, way more tactical minded and skilled in combat, and his moon breathing demon powers are actually very similar to Muzans in terms of the potency of their attacks. he isn't as powerful directly but his blade can do just as much harm as Muzans attacks can, just on a smaller scale. If he and Muzan were to fight, yes it's nearly assured muzan WOULD beat him. however Kokushibo could and WOULD harm muzan. Koku can fight Muzan toe to toe, he's capable of actually hurting him, of dodging him, of clashing against him. he'd most likely lose but he's not directly inferior in power. Muzan says as much HIMSELF. In the guidebook it's directly stated That Muzan views every single demon as his slave or servant, the uppermoons are like his most trusted underlings. He does NOT view Kokushibo as an underling, he actually views him as an equal. In the books it's worded "Muzan instead views Kokushibo as more of a business partner" he doesn't own him or boss him around like he does the others, he prefers to keep him close and stay on good terms because Koku CAN actually harm him and fight him, and Muzan HATES that fact.

kokushibo isn’t as strong as yorichii he’s no where near yorichii was blessed from birth he had slayer mark and lived to 80 he has stw from birth and made all breathing styles based on people’s abilities he also had red nirchirin blade from young and had more strength and speed than a young prime muzak

Koko has better feats. But we have see. very little of muzan at peak strength. What we do know is an unmarked gyomei was able to defend against his attacks with moderate difficulty and land a few attacks as well while against koko he was largely in the defensive the whole fight and that was a 3 v 1. Koko legit has better feats. I think he’s stronger and faster than muzan, but muzan is harder to kill cuz better regen and he can effortlessly regrow his head. In a 1 v 1 muzan wins cuz he is the original demon and therfore has control over all demons, but if he didn’t utilize that power I think it would be a very even fight.

kokoshibo would put up a good fight but muzan is the demon king and he can control the demon blood cells in kokoshibo making the battle extremely hard for kokoshibo but if muzan wasn't able to use this power factor kokoshibo would have a good chance of winning

Muzan absolutely negs Kokushibo 🥀💔 Weakened Muzan was taking on all the hashira (except the dead) + Kamado squad and holding his ground. Kokushibo got cornered in his final form by 2 hashira and 1 random with mid demon powers.

for those who say muzan is stronger than koko koko fought 3 hashira that are from top 5 and also a top teir demon slayer koko fought them with like 40 to 50% of his power and they suffered when he was going to transform to his true demon form and show his power yall know what happened now let's go to muzan muzan got nerfed but at the start he was in his full power and he fought most of the hashira and most of the hashira were severely injured and he barley win until the idk what the name is starts his effects and started to be weaker
