It was not a penalty. The Nigerian player was moving her hand away backwards as the ball hit her hand. She did not use her hand to block the ball intentionally. SO IT WAS NOT A PENALTY : GOOD DECISION FROM REF AND VAR!!!✌️🌹

It wasn't a penalty if you know and understand the rules of football...The ball was kicked to her hands and she didn't intentionally hold the ball, So it’s called ball to hand because her hands were at the back.

In football, a "natural position" in the context of handball refers to a player's arm position that is considered normal and expected for the situation they are in, and therefore, contact with the ball is not necessarily a handball offense. Specifically, if a player's arm is in a position that is deemed natural for the action they are performing (like blocking a shot while falling), and the ball hits their arm, it's less likely to be called a handball than if their arm was extended in an unnatural way.
