My aunt and I are Tongan amaericans raised Mormon and she told me to cuss ghosts out too and she said if they don’t leave after you cuss em out than to pray them away🤣🤣

My mom is Thai and when I expressed anxiety about ghosts as a child, she pretty much said to get aggressive. They don't belong here and you need to tell them that it's time to move on.
