Ok I literally made this for lunch all last week with a sun-dried tomato tortilla and I tossed the arugula in olive oil & red wine vinegar & added salami & used a different cheese lol. (I hadn’t seen this video yet) I feel like this would SLAP if you cut everything and TOSSED IT in the juices and then put it in the tortilla like a chopped salad but in a wrap lol
