@brittanywaldorf: These past 11 months have been the most beautiful, amazing, precious gift I’ve ever given to myself. I am beyond thankful God gave me the strength to finally love myself enough to give me the gift of sobriety. I never in a million years thought I could do this. I relied on alcohol for every emotion, every occasion, every connection. I drank it when I was happy, when I was sad, and everything in between. I love this version of me and getting to know her has been one of the greatest joys of life! You can start any day you want. You don’t need a reason. “I don’t want to feel like this anymore” was my reason. “I want better for myself” was my reason. Choose you. You’ll never wake up regretting not drinking.
