No. It doesn't work that way. 1- Xebec is alive, no one can inherit a will if the person is alive. 2- Xebec's will if he was dead would be so powerful no one could take it, only Luffy, and they have the same dream, so maybe if anything, after handing Luffy the last road in the final war or before... he will let Luffy carry on his will if he does sacrifice. Davy Jones is Joy Boy's real name. Teach is just, lets say, "lost". He doesn't know anything about his father.
