Kohl’s used to be my go 2 place to shop and save but over the last several years it just keeps declining. I think I’m done shopping there because they’re not customer first anymore

Same thing happened to me. I had $80 Kohl’s cash that expired because I got pneumonia and was deathly ill for weeks. I returned my entire purchase 😂
