I’m going to use caps for once whilst I try and debunk the trial claim so it’s easily readable for anyone who wants to read it. So, Yezhov undoubtedly died somewhere around 1939-40, and I remember you said something like suicide the last time we talked about this. My main point is that many files were moved by the NKDV before the gorbachevite 🥷🏿ers started leaking everything. For example, the file of Yagoda was lumped in with that of the members of the Right-Trotskyist block’s case files, including Bukharin’s and Rykov’s. In fact, his file also contained many missing dates. There would be no reason for gorby to pull any tricks as Yagoda was considered guilty by everyone and moving his file would’ve just been extra effort. On top of this, Boris Vannikov’s initial file from his arrest in 1937 is lost and fragments of it are discovered only in the files of Kaganovic and Vozensensky. This may be choked up to, again, Yakolev frauding — however, again, what would their motive be for this? The motive to tamper with Yezhov’s file is much clearer.
