I bought one of these hoping it would keep my hair from getting tangled in a pony tail under my skin helmet but all of the wrapped part just slid down to the bottom of my pony and it didn’t help at all :/

I have this for my 11 yr old and after an hour or so it’s no longer running the length of her ponytail but all bunched up towards the middle. It works but not for more than an hour if you have a super active kid who is constantly diving or jumping.

Have you tried sleeping with it. My 4yr has hair that will knot up just looking at it and it’s the worst thur the night as she moves around in her sleep so much. I’ve tired silk sheets pillow cases, braiding. All the hair products and I’m a cosmetologist so I know what I’m doing but every morning the braid is gone and knotted bad and other style I’ve tires come down or makes a huge knot around it and she hate brushing her hair in the mornings and so times I just do the best I can bc I do not have time to fight her. So I wonder if this stays in or would work while sleeping also.
