My oldest son got messed up in &rugs cuz of a girl and then got ran over, ended up with brain trauma, he is fine at times but does alot of talking to himself and they take him in to a mental facility and then they release him after a week. He was so intelligent dang near genius IQ when he was in school, it's very heartbreaking.

Severe issue and anyone that works around or near the homeless or the justice involved know that closing all of the mental health facilities as we have in the last 20 years was a terrible idea!!!!

There is still such a stigma around mental health. Many of our veterans suffer with mental health problems. We need to be more active in helping them.

If mental health is affordable and the people providing it we're actually confident and weren't just trying to build the system for as much money as they possibly could but actually there to help people this might work. But the problem is insurance companies and most of these mental health workers now just seen the cash cow like USA IDand liberals and that is all this is about now it has nothing to do with trying to help people who are actually mentally ill

18 years in Mental Health. We have huge need quality placement. multiple year waiting lists for supervised housing equals homelessness

And that’s the problem. Sadly, the side effect from the drugs are worse than what you got going on and eventually, the body loses its ability to utilize it, and it becomes immune to it. There are natural properties like saffron, Sam-E Ashwagandha and other things that are naturally providing stability for the brain, but unless people know about them or do their research to find the tools that they need, they just expect the doctors to fix it with the drug. It doesn’t work like that and it doesn’t get better. It just continues to go from one thing to the other Sadly.🙌🙏❤️🩹😓
