True, but there is such thing as legal discrimination for certain jobs. In the case of a person being assigned the power to act on behalf of a people that persons mental faculties and generational perspectives should be taken into consideration. For example, to be eligible for presidency you must be 35 or older, Congress has an age minimum of 25yrs, the senate 30yrs. The minimum exists to ensure there is a degree of maturity in those given the power to create and change laws that affect the entire country. If there is a minimum, there should also be a maximum to prevent stagnanation. Just putting it out there 🫶🏽🫶🏽
