@inaraeshaal: So far I’ve learned that women pray behind the men through a glass door, women sit separately from the men. Going into the Prayer area you take your shoes off and wear socks. The man leading the prayer ( I forgot what they call him) he didn’t say the full prayer out loud like the YouTube video it was silent actually so that was something new to be apart of. He said Allah Akbar and the beginning parts of the prayers. I thought I’d see a bunch of sisters but it was only 2 sisters there I made 3. I took home a paper with Surah’s on them so I’ll be getting into those tomorrow morning. I was added to a WhatsApp group chat as well. The first experience was very chill I didn’t understand much from the class but that’s okey I came in the middle of something they already had going on.
