I really needed to hear this especially coming from a black woman. I am also black and I have been bullied relentlessly for my entire life starting in kindergarten. Even now, as I’m going into sophomore year of high school. I genuinely thought that there was no way that anyone could truly love me for me. I completely lost my sense of self. Your words make me think that somehow, I can find someone who will really love me for me. Not the mask that everyone sees. Thank you so much Karma.
