This is the issue of not having a PLAN pre during and EXIT strategy. The gym needs to start BEFORE you start a GLP-1 to set you up for success. There are 3 phases NO ONE is addressing. I made a free guide because as a trainer of 2 decades on a GLP-1 the past 2 months watching all these women without plans. Get into the weight room. Period. Do progressive overload every week
