That Marine Parade East Coast area is rumoured to be built on reclaim lands decades back.Now with MRT TEL,those area cannot sustain the weight load anymore since building those underground mrt removed the soil structure below.Better don't buy East Coast Area!Area is possibly going to collapse in future!

the road was recently resurfaced. my suspicion is with the nearby constructions, with all the digging, they softened the base. a wake up call for all relevant authorities to check the surrounding before allowing construction to carry on. lucky for driver, construction workers pulled her fast & rescued her..

there are so much road works lately. 2 condo developments upcoming, emerald of katong and tembusu grand. furthermore they wanted to release some more land parcels for more condo development. talk about milking the cows.
