It's really straightforward: the Z Fold 7 has two screens, while the other one only has one. It would be like comparing a tow truck pulling a tractor to one pulling nothing; the tow truck pulling nothing will obviously go more quickly.

first the z fold has a huge software to compete all features in one ui 8 and its new release you can not compare it with stable software plus that I can't trust unless I use them
