@amuhr1n: i had intended to take a couple of days away from the gym to chill with my family on my time away fron work but after grinding deltarune for a couple of hours i felt an intense spike of motivation for whatever reason that i had to expend one way or another so i worked out at home LOL i literally just spammed pullups and bodyweight rows and dips and curls and overhead extensions and lateral and front raises and it was awesome the last time i had did something like this was somewhere around a year ago i had recently lost my job after what felt like the first time in my life since high school (which i dropped out of) that i had began to get back on my feet and shortly after i smashed into a deer on the highway which left me without a car or money for a couple of months i had literally lost everything i spent the year leading up to then working towards and was left with no choice but to lock myself away in the unfinished house i showed a few posts ago and grind with whatever i could manage i strapped myself to a doorframe for pullups and stacked cinder blocks for dips and used those same cinder blocks for my single joint exercises including leg extensions and curls it's not like i made phenomenal progress doing that and my diet was pretty horrendous during that time as i couldn't afford groceries of my own but looking back at that struggle is humbling despite how defeated and helpless i felt my heart would not yield with patience eventually things fell back into place which led me to where i am now but if i had given up in that pit that felt so inescapable i would have never ended up where i currently am your perspective must extend beyond what you think is possible right now i promise you are capable of so much more than you realize #forYOUpage #yourdreamsareworthfightingfor #predispositionalonedoesnotdictateoutcomes #butitrefused #hopesanddreams
