I am sometimes asked if HarPURR roams out of his cart outside and that does not happen for several reasons. But the most important one is I need to ensure he does not catch, rub or do anything to harm his back legs since he is paralyzed and the ground is not smooth and bump free. His paw pads are tough and durable and are built for him to zip around our yard.
