my mom has literally never taught me anything. i literally do not know how to put my hair in a proper bun or braid, im still kinda new with makeup, she never taught me how to cook food- i still dont know how to properly use our oven (in my defense glass stove top ovens are harder to use than regular ovens💔) i never had chores and shes manipulative. she yells at my dad until he sides with her against me if i get in trouble, ive been grounded for 3 years before, im not allowed to have sleepovers. im literally not allowed to go anywhere and she always uses “oh the planning was too sudden” or “its too late for that” as an excuse. and if one more person tells me “oh shes strict because she loves you!” my mom looks at me with hatred in her eyes. i literally dont even know how to chop vegetables or fruits correctly without doing it kinda slow. I had to teach myself EVERYTHING because my dad did nothing to help. he just went along with it. all of those things i dont know how to do and im going into my freshman year.
